You said I love you at the very end of our last call, so how come you hung my heart up and left my love on hold?

 

I was only learning in a way that any first-time could, then you gave up when I stumbled and left me in the woods. It’s hard to think past all the fog that I try find light through, but am I looking for a trap that’ll lead me back to you?

 

They say the past should be locked up and throw away the key, that's when my true self starts calling back. Because the reason that I’m lost is when I’m looking for you, but I know I’ll find the path back to me.
